The dilution is de minimis as the money is going to fund large expansion which is directly tied to increasing revenue.

People are so programmed to dilution with Bio-tech companies that spend money like water for salaries and funding studies that are a crapshoot. So they fear all dilution as very bad, which is very false.

Here you have dilution that is going to directly increase revenues - so it is will have a major increase in the overall market cap of the company.
