Stupid question...

Are there restrictions to buying FTRPR? Such as quantity or account type?

I have had a buy @$22 order in since before open, and nothing.....

EDIT: Should say, order is actually @22.20 and when I place it ATrade showed the ask @ 22.10

EDIT AGAIN: Just received notice that it went through over half hour ago. I've never had one take that long to show in my acct.
