A Questionable Revenue Stream

Yes, money is made off of scam "anti-aging" cosmetic products from naiive consumers chasing the unattainable fountain of youth.

However, the faddish type products have short shelf lives and need to be "reinvented" every couple of years with a brand new marketing campaign. It's all about marketing and mass sales for a year or two. I would dare say that it's the actual manufacturer who would generate revenues and profits.......not the wholesale distributor - and certainly NOT the wholesale distributor who does NOT have EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS.

MCIG has done this DOZENS of times as a "Master Distributor" where they try to become a force in wholesale distribution - and NEVER securing exclusive distribution rights. Just about every single one of those efforts have FAILED in the past 3 years. I can't think of one that has survived and actually been successful (meaning positive net profits).

OMHE is mimicking MCIG's "Master Distributor" model w/ CelebCream. They're no more than a wholesale distributor with no brick and mortar site (apart from Mal-B-Gone) and no separate internet presence apart from CelebC*; which isn't owned by OMHE at all. Therefore all sales from Celebrity Brands website goes to Celebrity Brands, $0 to OMHE.

There are clearly some who want to mislead others into thinking the "relationship" between OMHE and Celebrity Brands is more than what it actually is. OMHE will make money as a wholesale distributor of that product for products that are actually sold by OMHE. So the Amazon presence of the products is sold by Celebrity Brands and shipped directly by Amazon - OMHE has nothing to do with the Amazon presence of that product - and therefore, gets $0

Lastly, imo, once people start using the "As Seen on TV" promo - that's a sign that the product is at the end of its life cycle.

Not sure what the relationship between Celebcream and omhe is but OMHE did announce the product and the revenues will appear on their books. The inventor is on the OMHE Scientific Advisory Board. Since The news came out in June we should see the information on the upcoming 10q. Bottom line is that its a product that's a revenue stream for OMHE.

Bigballer_sa4 - I've always said people should do their own DD. I couldn't care less how you value my posts. My interpretation of the facts is my own, but the facts remain.

I suggest you call companies like Emotek and Cannapods to see how MCIG's non-exclusive wholesale distribution partnership worked out. Last time I spoke w/ those two companies, MCIG successfully sold 0 Emotek extractors and 0 Cannapods. FACT.

OMHE is a wholesale distributor for celebcream. A NON-EXCLUSIVE distributor.

Celebrity Brands owns the trademark for Celebrity Cream.

The posting on Amazon is by Celebrity Brands and shipped by Amazon. NOTHING to do with OMHE AT ALL

I do agree with you regarding bloggers on Seeking Alpha...but I ain't one of them, but there is a different poster who is....not hard to figure out who that is.

The same poster who projected $80 mil in revenues for OMHE and was only 90+% wrong.
