Perhaps Tauriga is doing everything correctly. and has attracted a top notch expert

AND PERHAPS NOT! A Florida venue...NO! A timely jury demand...NO! A delayed "Expert Report"...YES! How much time and shareholder money was wasted trying to "rationalize" a Florida venue? How much extra attorney time was spent "pleading" for a jury, rather than only a judge! Now TAUG is scrambling because it didn't meet the Expert Report deadline! Can't say the Cowan legal team has anywhere near as many basic screw-ups! Hmmm...wonder if Cowan's "deep pockets" insurance provider might have been able to attract a its own "top notch expert"?
