At any rate, he [Les] volunteered that if I read the 10Q carefully I would see that they have cash for about 5 months at a burn rate of $1M a month (Les said they brought their burn rate down to $1M per month).

Good to have more solid evidence that Les is an absolute bald faced liar.

Thanks CDRD. Les Goldman loaned the company $1.27mm (0.73mm repaid). Here is an insider and an employee together with the BOD who put up their own funds to support the company, Doesn't look like it's going BK despite all the speculation on the board today.

I hope you misinterpreted him, because otherwise it sounds like avoidance of straight forward questions by utilizing guilt, when in fact no one wants anyone else to die, they just want info on what specifically will trigger data lock. I hope your interpretation is mistaken and an 8k will clarify.
