Since my last post which stated a potential doubling under the overhead crane or 8 machines, I do agree with you that there is room subject to the overhead crane expansion, that your 16 machines is possible. perhaps even up to 20.

I agree that the lab area is under the office area space.

It is nice to finally agree with you on anything.
