I already know the requirements. That's why I asked if they had already been filed with the SEC. They are going to need FY 2015 and 2016, and they need to be audited.

Then folks can make an informed decision regarding what they are "investing" in.

Know what you own, right.

Right now people own an extremely overvalued story of grandeur to come with ZERO evidence of this remotely becoming a fiscal reality.

And no, I don't care how this has trended up out of sub land on hype.
