I care about truth and transparency as well. So far, we have received nothing but truth and transparency from the company. This is a good sign.

I emailed OMVS IR for a status update this morning. Below is his reply.

...auditors are working on finalizing the audit for the acquisition.

Because we file with the SEC, RAD needs to be fully audited as well which is what they are doing now.

I think everything is on track.
