Cy, Good point, but you know just about everyone will forget or ignore that and CHK will go lower with the rest if they go down. Great buying op if it does in my opinion.
BTW, I am looking at buy-writes for this group. Premiums are high and offer good downside protection and if taken out a decent monthly return.
I found it interesting that in the June issue of "SmartMoney" that proclaimed contrarian, Dave Dreman had DVN and COP among his picks. They were at $60.16 and $67.31 respectively, at the time. He liked the "enormous cash flow" of the oil companies. Also noted was the reduction in debt as a % of market cap in DVN and the low PE of COP.
