GTRQ went completely dark in April 2016, so who knows what they've done since ? Maybe they sold off the core assets and business for a pittance to the 3 beneficiaries of the ARCI reverse merger and left just a shell company to trade on the pinksheets .... haha. I doubt a lawyer would be interested in filing suit, nor does the SEC care about non-reporting pinksheets.
