GTRQ crashing back down to earth as more traders figure out that public stockholders won't benefit from that merger deal with ARCI which is also down today. If there was ever a case that called for a class action filing by those security attorneys, this would be it, but no, they are absent. Apparently, an $8 million mkt cap company just isn't enough for them.

I see insiders of ARCI only own 12% of the outstanding shares of ARCI as of the last proxy statement. Don't stockholders of both companies need to vote on this merger before it takes place? The president of ARCI is by far the largest holder with 10% of the shares. Isn't he screwing himself with this acquisition that also dilutes his holdings along with everyone else?

I don't have a pony in this race but the whole thing is weird.
