Agree with about all of this Sogo. I've always said on this Board that a settlement is the most probable way this will end. Whether that settlement is good for us longs or not remains open.
I've never thought this whole thing is about justice and/or truth. After all, we are dealing with TONS of money as well as the "gubmint" and they won't let go of the big $$ unless there is a sweet deal in it for them.
Hopefully I'm wrong, and justice (via the courts) will prevail, but day by day I'm beginning to doubt that.
