Now that I'm done with SIGO and away from all the hype, common sense kicks in. Why would a company be so extremely shareholder friendly? What do they owe the current shareholders, who are most likely not the original lenders. Why go out of their way to please them, answer questions through 8-k's, pay dividends AS SOON as the first revenue comes in. Are they just doing it out of the goodness of their heart (LOL)? With that common sense alone should make one very, very skeptical. Throw in the strange connection to Joseph Wade, and it is clear to me I made the right decision to sell ny position.
