Most likely because so many bought in the $.009's and $.005's and are now STUCK ... hoping that a generous buyout offer or merger is presented, I would suspect.

Toxic financing/too much debt/AS up the ying-yang/TA gagged ... has crippled it's potential bigtime, sadly.
