She is very nice. She just doesn't know how to run a public co. When I was with the co. we never borrowed money with debt, always thru secondary offerings with warrants attached. She borrowed millions in debt with interest and shares. Now 500M out with no leverage to continue trials, and run the co. as a public entity.
