Lol, didn't actually expect an answer to that sarcastic question. As for her lack of knowledge about how to run a public company... I would think that she should have known that from the start and admitted such to the BOD. If she really cared about the company and wanted it to succeed, then she should have refused the position of CEO and suggested that the BOD recruit someone who knew what they were doing.
