Call them 813-235-4490; I asked for current O/S. She will tell you the company has asked you find the information online at sec.gov or otcmarkets.com.

She can not give it out over the phone

Yes, TA is gagged. I called them yesterday and they will redirect you to SIGO and filings at the company's request. Not really a good sign, but not always the end of the world either.
