I have never filed a criminal complaint based on a publicly traded stock. I have lost money and felt like a victim and have spoken with compliance officers only to learn the filings clearly state the dangers involved in buying XZ stock......as well as directors etc have taken out policies to insure themeselves from civil complaints as well...........

Hard to find a true victim of a penny stock in 2017.........IMHO
