I wouldn't say locked. If it was then there wouldn't be so many shares for sale down here.

That being said, further consolidation is needed till news is released.

RBNW: Great point, otcplayer; your statement is indeed very true and very accurate. With Outstanding Shares for RBNW numbering just 86,769,860 as of August 08, 2017, the share structure is IDEAL to move rapidly higher with just a minimal catalyst. I am ready and have my shares stored away until this stock reaches its objective of greater than 0.40.

Agreed, this moves fast and can be at or around .10 in a flash. The float is small and close to being locked if not already. Looking forward to a big move :)
