One thing from this forum on the subject of issued shares necessary to calculate the market cap I never in my life saw before even when selling shares at ABN Amro or trading derivates at the Amsterdam exchange.. and that is that everyone here seems to want to add the warrants for buying shares that might or might not be exercised to the free floating number of issued shares??
Yahoo finance and or Bloomber do not take the warrants into consideration when calculating the market cap issued shares x SP...
I mean what is next calculating the number of shares that NWBO might issue to a financial Institute next year...?
