This is an alternative reporting company on OTC. They do not have earnings reports. Its called a quarterly filing. HUGE difference. SMH

Oh and by the way Bishop is officially late with filing the quarterly filing even after the 5 day extension. What happened to it was going to be filed on time? You said he told you it would be on time. Humm seems to be a pattern as 90% of the BS claimed is never true.
