Wrong again Thall. The quarterly report does include an earnings report. Although its called an Income Stmt. It also includes other financial reports like the balance sheet and stmt of changes in cash position.
I call them fins...short for financials...short for financial reports.
Regardless of what you call them being an alternative reporting company does not absolve a company from filing a financial report aka income stmt aka earnings report.
