I always start with a starter position and try to accumulate on dips, which I did do on a couple occasions. I still have room to either add or call it a scratch. They disappointed with not meeting fins deadlines, and now they got a stop sign slapped on OTC markets which doesn't help matters.
I guess they're not expected to file until end of month... it may drift lower by then.
