relating S-1: Company filed s-1 back in June 2017 to raise up to $2m. That was before A/S reduction decision ( completed) and before past week O/S reduction decision( will start this week). btw. not active yet and There's nothing that says they can't cancel/update that one or execute another one instead at $1.3 or $2 or $21( which is Equal PPS to 4m O/S) and to sell 1m shares at $2 to raise that $2m as planned. That's most reasonable scenario i can see and will likely to take place. Also important to note that company focusing on improving shareholders value and maagement been holding 96% of O/S, they won't hurt themselves.
