I read that statement to say that BPTH may be eligible for an 180 day extension after Aug 29, assuming that they are compliant with all rules except the $1 bid price.
SJ, do you interpret it differently?
If they get a 180 day extension, they will have completed the 19 patients in phase 2 and the stock price should recover.
