I have no clue what's in store with this constant flow of 8K filings.

The latest buzz is about a dividend.

Unless there has been some kind of cash infusion yet to be announced, this outfit as of the latest and only 10Q for the quarter ending April 30 basically had very little cash, borrowings of about $50,000, a $7000 monthly lease to pay on this indoor growing facility.

I'm already convinced these two officers know squat about growing pot indoors. If there was pot in the building, they paid somebody else who knew what they were doing to grow it.

Aren't they kind of late with a 10Q filing?
