I believe the mere fact we will be reporting on MS is a definite hint we may have something big going on.

It is a mystery as to why they'd even want to discuss MS if they did not have some interesting news to report regarding same.

I, for one, particularly enjoy employing common sense and deductive logic when making decisions. And when doing so with respect to that September abstract I wonder to myself:

"why in the @$#% would they bring it up if they just wanted to let everyone know that: we really have no positive developments or partners lined up regarding MS, it's been tough sledding, so if anyone here at the conference could maybe give out our business cards to friends or family that may work in the pharmaceutical industry, that would really be helpful to us."

With MS being presented at this conference, and AVXL ostensively now out there trolling for a partner for this indication, my guess is that negotiations with BIIB broke down ( they weren't willing to pay what Dr. M. was asking ) and this is a shot across Biogen's bow. Could be some serious brinkmanship going on, and let's see if Biogen blinks or will they let the data on MS be presented at this conference for all their competitors to see ?
