Fluke, in my opinion, and I might be totally out to lunch on this... If they do not get the bond money, we will be approaching 0.15 faster than you can blink. I too do not see how they plan to build plants without their expected bond funding.
On the bright side, today was a very good day... I was expecting us to get to $1.02 and come back to 0.98... I am glad today exceeded my expectations... now we just need to stay over $1.00.. but the problem is, and I really believe this to be the case, I think people will start shorting this stock again... really irritating, but what can ya do... I hope this week shorters stay away from this stock, but if they come, then back we visit the low 0.9's... But if we stay above $1... that will indicate a new trend, and we might be headed back to the $1.20's... *crosses fingers*
