YOU know that the specific agreement and issuance information related to your "services" aren't provided separately in the filings.

For the record this was the initial exchange:

Johnny C: My contract ran out in may or June and it was for 1.5 mil shares a quarter.

You were then asked:
Did TAUG disclose any of these share issuances? And if they did, please post these disclosures.


The correct answer would have been "Not in a way that they could be identified as issuances to me". Or "No" would have worked as well.
