LOL no one uses the Yellow Pages anymore. Their attorney of record is Nathaniel M. Reinking. I'm a retired CPA and I'm sure he will explain the same issues to them. (Sorry if I mentioned something you were not aware of. Losing voting rights as a preferred shareholder will be a deal breaker imo)
They already have an attorney. He's associated with a couple of other scams on the otc. He's has no background in securities law and works for a personal injury law firm in Indiana.
