It's not all surprising that some of Unite The Right were joking about mowing down protestors.
That doesn't necessarily mean they planned to do it.
I've seen banter on this board about running into protestor that were blocking the road. I may have bantered about that myself. I doubt any of us set out to run over anybody.
A WAG. Examination of Antifa's and BLM's social media would show them talking about bashing in the heads and setting on fire those that they are targeting.
A big difference. They clearly planned on doing it.
