That's good info. Too bad it wasn't spelled out as clearly to begin with. Dilution isn't something you really want to be advertising via PR but it certainly would alleviate some fears.

We all know about the 613MM shares held via the loans. So that's no surprise. We all know about the trustee and 10% of volume agreement. So that's no surprise. But the OS growing 60MM in one day certainly WAS a surprise. If it feeds into the float slowly over the quarter we will theoretically have proof it's all being handled exactly as Rich has stated.
