First of all it was for sale, and Boxwood was paid for their services.

Secondly because a buyer didn't make a bid that was worthy doesn't mean that there wasn't any interest.

Thirdly, and most importantly, Red Oak has no reason in the world to lie to the shareholders and the public, and saying they did is just wrong in so many ways.

Red Oak still owns 381 ml shares, and is not just another toxic firm that preys on sub pennies as we have seen in the past here.
