A/S reduced to even 100,000,000
O/S currently ~50,000,000 and co. plans on converting ~46,000,000 to preferred reducing O/S to ~4,000,000

Co. announcing dividend details with % by next Wednesday, Aug. 23rd.

You haven't been here long have you? Dig a little deeper. Regardless of it going timber (later), one would be a fool to argue it won't increase with short term catalysts approaching. Again, make money.

Colorado SOS shows 100 mil AS and if you know what you talking about you would first check there and not OTC site that is not updated. Look in my history from few days and you will find the Amendment in Colorado SOS or business search.
