This sounds good, but I just want to clarify. So, Hemp inc. is just asking for a judgment in Hemps inc. favor but this has not actual been done yet correct? When will the court decide to go forward with Hemp inc's request for judgment in Hemp inc's favor? Please let me know thanks for post

so just as i thought, the freakin SEC case is just a political motivated baseless, dless , hopeless frivioulous suit that is PR'd at all the key points at which investor sentiment SHOULD be at its highest to tamp down investment and upward progress on the stock price.

Looks like i need to keep buying then since the current price is UNDER what it should be.

The SEC's case is not failing, they are taking more time to gather additional evidence and it's going quite well.
Bruce's attorneys are trying to hurry it up and would and will file anything for distractions.
The HEMP goal here is to sell as many shares as possible before HEMP is halted and cease's trading....nothing new here!
