Sorry this just doesn't make sense. If they had evidence they would use it. This looks like typical stall tactics. Guess we will all justify it however we see fit though.

That will answer many questions on the board as to motive.

While I am not so sure a cease and desist or HALT will occur for HEMP inc, certinally will for Bruce's shares.

As to hemp inc. delisting is a radical move and unnecessary and unfair punishment to investors.

OTOH, the pain of drifting to 0.00001--not sure that's in investors best interest either.

Unfortunately now, so much money has been squandered on nothing, and the returns of a REAL hemp operation would be modest by comparison--I am not sure anyone could step in and turn it around without a massive (100:1) reverse, and who knows if FINRA would even allow it.

The GRAND ILLUSION...for as long as it will go....
