See the word "or" above! ! !
The agreement with Alstom was for five years "or" the completion of the last active project. The last active project was completed which I believe was phase III . It was then that Alstom chose not to renew which made phase three the last active project, thus there was no reason or understanding that the project had two more years to go!

And that is why Larry correctly stated that there was no money due to the expiry of the contract with Alstom!!!!! GE had nothing to do with mvtg. Perhaps that guy at Alstom may have wanted to pursue things further after phase III but the powers that be said no!!! There is not now nor was there ever a partnership between GE and mvtg. That has all been connect imaginary dots BS!
