They CANT "settle and cash out" They agreeed to a set amount of shares of 613 million. Which are issued to the TA in lots. And are only allowed to be sold IN TO THE FLOAT at a maximum of 10% daily volume. No matter what the SP is they get all 613 million. It could be .0005 or $5

The best question is "why didn't Rich cash out?" He could have, then filed a form 4 and he'd have $1.8M and wouldn't need a salary. Could've closed up shop. He didn't...why not?

To me that is a redeeming move on his part. He likely believed the price would get better or back to those levels. If I were long, I would tout that more.

I think he may be more confident in his capabilities as a CEO of a Pink stock. Not many have pulled out of here. He just may not be up to the challenge. Maybe he didn't sell his 60M cause he thinks he is.
