Yes. This affects energy-efficient MLPs. I can't tell you why it was instituted but it did become the law some months ago as I recall. I, too, was surprised.
ALDW doesn't seem to be affected but I don't know why. The main thing is that we all must know the rules of the road even though we may not understand them or like them.
I continue to hold out for my $8.90 units. I nearly gave in yesterday to $9 but wasn't ready to yield to my plan of earlier in the week.
You made a bold move at a really great price. I'm heavily underwater, myself and am holding out for the satisfaction of showing myself that I can be right once in a while. It's silly.
