You need to learn the difference between outstanding shares and shares in the float. The float is what is able to be traded. The outstanding shares increased because rich gave the TA another lot of shares to sell at the 10% rate for the debtholders which has been known about for many months now. Get your facts straight.

Are you referring to this email?

"I am issuing a statement later. Do you REALLY think 63 million shares were DUMPED are you serious?

I think you need to wait for a statement later today from the company. I am shocked and appalled that you would think such a thing and you would be naïve enough to buy into the mistruths being spewed by people with obvious self serving agendas."

What he stated was he didn't dump the 63M shares. The TA issued them to Rich and he's simply saying as if the date of the email, he wasn't dumping them. Now the question is how do you know he was lying? The price movements of the last few days could easily have created by other things.

Simply put, there's no proof he lied, only speculation. Personally, I'm siding more with the idea that he was selling shares, but not dumping, the longs dropping out were more likely the cause of most of this action. He may feel his definition of dumping is putting it all out there in a day (highest volume was about 25M shares if I recall correctly), not a couple weeks. I don't know what goes on in his head.
