Problem is time is not on Rich's side. If he can't get sales up fast enough to stop dilution, it resolve itself in the trips and RS. He should be in serious money Mgmt mode. He's too focused on branding and not enough on getting sales. Get distributors and give them tools to sell it. Rely more on them.
Anyway, right now, things are looking very bad. Even double Q2 sales in Q3 is not going to do it. He needs $1M/qtr and or cutting of expenses to the bone.
