Unless you plan to sell right away after voting yes. I wouldn't. RS = 100% loses of your current holdings guaranteed. And if you were a long time holder buying in the dollars average, RS will kill your value almost instantly.

No RS, we might have a chance to get a commercial partnership or BO. You have better chance with recovering your investment this way.

I don't get what Jenny is up to. Any responsible CEO would have been seeking partnership long before we get ourselves into this situation. I mean, you rather choose to dilute massive 500 million shares than to seek a meaningful partnership to help with funding and mutual gain as well as preserve shareholder's value?

She is up to no good, or even worst Chemosat isn't attractive to other company. I'd think the later isn't the case since we have seen a lot of testimonies for patients over and over as well as hospitals and medical centers saying it's a great treatment.

So why do we keep destroying shareholder's value when the treatment was valuable? Is this about personal gains and inner circle of financial groups and money making off the retail market? When you think about this stuff it started to look very shady doesn't it?

It is improper to attack the ratio. People have never understood reverse splits. Correct use of reverse split would be to start with at least $5 because unless there was earth shattering good news, $3 is probably going to be tested and broken, so the company is hoping no doubt that $2 will hold, but sadly I suspect it will be broken as well.

The company must raise massive money and needs investors to embrace reverse split. It is unavoidable to survive the company is going to dilute significantly. As for b/o, if shareholders were to get 5 cents they would be getting off lucky imo.
