It is improper to attack the ratio. People have never understood reverse splits. Correct use of reverse split would be to start with at least $5 because unless there was earth shattering good news, $3 is probably going to be tested and broken, so the company is hoping no doubt that $2 will hold, but sadly I suspect it will be broken as well.

The company must raise massive money and needs investors to embrace reverse split. It is unavoidable to survive the company is going to dilute significantly. As for b/o, if shareholders were to get 5 cents they would be getting off lucky imo.
