GET their share structure in order ??? get proof of all claims in the ground...get all FILINGS in order ??who knows...BUT something has been done !!! and that's a fact...The SEC has NO CHARGES against GNCP,NO investigations on GNCP..ZERO charges for GNCP...WHATS that tell "YOU" ???? Now the come out and say they have the GOODS !!!! You just don't come out and say that after 2/3 years in the dark....With BILLIONS of shares shorted this will be crazy in do time...Glad i didn't listen and sell my shares for a TAX LOSS !!!! The Company holds other investments including a passive equity accounted 70% interest in ASPA Gold Corp.
