There have been many regulatory actions against individuals involved in this pile of shit ticker, the last Advisor hired has plenty of FINRA documentation on him. Previous actors have in fact been fined and barred from participating in securities. Ignoring those facts because they were not specific to GNCP is completely disingenuous.
