Actually the MVTG Spark scooter project was huge success, and those of us that know people that have been involved since it was first demonstrated, that have seen it first hand, and those that have been in negotiations with MVTG to fund the fuel cell and ERC-Fuel cell energy storage power combination know the truth that it was huge success and brought many to the table that have tried to get the technology funded at the operating full scale demo stage since it was completed like Larry said it would.
In fact I know of almost no OTC stocks, that ever done anything remotely close to what MVTG has done like the Spark scooter showing the technology operating, and operating safely and cleanly in a real application.
Kick the tires all you want, it works, it served its purpose.
