If i am not mistaken this money is not going to Rich. This is previous Debt holders converting or cashing in per the agreement. This is old debt which is being cleared. I would expect the o/s to increase to between 1.2B and 1.3B. I suspect conversion would happen until then.
I am buying as much as I can at these low prices as I do believe this would be a LT payoff All IMO
