Go back and read the December 8k Baby!!! Yep the would definitely be a SEC filing. So thank you for confirming that the PixelMags deal was done back in May of 2016 and that it is legit. So what do we talk about next? I'm sure there is something else that we can discuss on the negative side of things.

Pixelmags/SPCL are uptight with the SEC. They're on Top Secret Double Probation, and not only that they are in Safe Harbour status.

They got everything covered fine and dandy and they don't even have to report Material Company Events to shareholders either: Why you may ask?

Well that's simple, because they said so!!!!!
