If you recall milk in the last PR from PixelMags which was discussing the new iPhone app for Magazines. And Android rollout in 2018. It states that Pixel and SPCL are one. It's at the top of the PR. Not to mention theat it also states in the Dec. 8k that the deal was done May 2016.

By the way milk that Android rollout will enable PixelMags to target 1.4 billion new customers. Giving one hundred percent of publishers profits back to the publisher. Sounds like PixelMags will be having no problem finding new business and taking on new publishers. You read that right that's Billion with a B as in Baby!!!
