Why do I think that. Well public companies are public for one reason and one reason only. That would be to get at the public money.

WE33, SPCL has a BIG RED STOP SIGN on OTCMARKETS.

How many brokers will not place buy orders because of that. I know I tried to buy thru Fidelity and they said they have a fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders not to place trades for companies that are in SEC violation.

If Klown Klienman really wanted more money all he would have to do is hit the "send" key with his big fat Klown finger and send those DELINQUENT 2014, 2105 FINANCIALS off to the SEC and the if they are as good as everyone believes, the money will come pouring in.
